At the Academy of Urban Planning and Engineering (AUPE), we recognize the vital role that family and parent engagement plays in the academic and social development of our students. We are deeply committed to fostering strong partnerships between the school, families, and the local community, understanding that these collaborations are fundamental to the success and well-being of our students. By working hand in hand with families, we create an inclusive and supportive environment where every student can thrive. Our warm and inviting approach to family and parent engagement initiatives is designed to ensure that every family feels valued, connected, and empowered to actively participate in their child’s educational journey. We invite you to learn more about our collaborative efforts and the meaningful impact they have on the AUPE community.

At AUPE, we firmly believe that enhanced parent engagement is fundamental to fostering greater student success in and out of the classroom. Our dedicated parent engagement team is committed to empowering parents, providing them with a voice, and encouraging their active involvement in their child’s education journey. Through collaborative efforts, AUPE teachers and staff work hand in hand to engage families and community members at our Parent Nights every month. We are dedicated to working together to discuss important information and emerging trends within our school community, ensuring that every family and community member can contribute and be heard.
